Aliento Studio provides recording studio services, mixing, mastering, music production, online classes and audio plugin development, hired through https://alientostudio.com.
Payments are processed through the methods published on the site. By purchasing you accept the price, the service description and the delivery or activation instructions sent to your email.
Plugins, audio files and class materials are delivered by download or link to the registered email. You are responsible for keeping your links and backing up your files.
Recording sessions and classes are confirmed by email with date and time. If you cannot attend, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Services already performed or digital products already delivered are non-refundable. If there was an error in your purchase, write to alientostd@gmail.com and we will review it case by case.
